    We provide nationwide on-site surveys to help establish the needs of your customers, reduce the risk and expense of unforeseen obstacles, and set the project on the best implementation course of action.



    EES manages nationwide transportation services from your manufacturing floor to the end-user location. We arrange, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the transportation and delivery process end to end. Whether it's LTL, truckload, blanket wrapped, or white glove, we customize our services to meet your products and customers' needs. 



    EES offers over 350 strategic warehouse locations nationwide, representing 20 million square feet of secure, bonded, and fully insured space. Cloud-based tracking and reporting systems allow for the seamless integration of shipping, warehousing, and local delivery on a temporary project basis or longer term. These facilities also allow EES to manage the merging and staging of products from various suppliers needed to complete the installation on-site.



    Our warehousing service partners also provide EES with the final local delivery services, incorporating white glove, lift-gate, unpacking, and trash removal services, when required. EES' qualified personnel are provided at the delivery site, ready to receive, stage, and install your products in a timely and professional fashion, relieving your customer of its very time-consuming phase. 



    The retrofitting of equipment into existing facilities will typically require various levels of construction services and management, ranging from a simple new electrical circuit to be pulled to more complex alterations. EES provides and manages all trades (demolition, carpentry, masonry, glazing, and finishes) that will be required for the installation of your equipment.



    Simple assembly or complex construction-driven installations are handled through the efforts of our professionally qualified and product-trained Account Managers and Field Supervisors. A nationwide team of diversified Service Agents (including licensed electricians and tradespeople) provides labor and materials on-site, ensuring your products are installed and operating properly. 



    Upon completion of the equipment installation, EES personnel can provide basic product orientation to the end-user through a collaborative, professionally-developed training initiative.


    Our programs provide you with nationwide capabilities to make cost-effective general and warranty repairs. We also specialize in the modification or correction of products. If design or production problems are discovered after delivery or installation has taken place, this service is available at either a single location or multiple locations nationwide.



    All phases of each project are managed and reported on using EES' cloud-based field service management systems. Direct online customer access via multiple device platforms provides real-time status of all phases and each location included in the project.
